History
After a few individual experiments with various fermented beverages (ciders, fruit wines, etc.), we moved on to beer making. That’s how we started brewing small batches (20 liters) in a garage on Rue de la Clochette in Saint-Mard. Then we went to the next level by brewing 200, and later 1,000 liters, using the facilities of a local brewery.
The first beer was brewed in 2012, and by the end of 2013 we began selling our first product: La Clochette Ambrée.
