Our beers and our Gin
Amber (50cl)
The Ambrée seeks a balance between the contributions of the hops and those of the spices.
The hops, added during boiling as well as through dry hopping, give it a floral character and a delicate bitterness, while the spices provide citrus notes and a certain freshness.
The aromatic palette is further enhanced by bottle refermentation, during which the yeast completes its work, giving the beer a fine sparkle.
Its main characteristics are a strong flavor, roundness, and a fairly long-lasting finish.
It establishes itself as a beer for tasting.
White - DT (50cl)
Refreshing and light, the DT is a summer drink best enjoyed on a terrace.
Unlike its older sister, the Ambrée, this wheat beer is brewed without spices. Its distinctive character comes from the wheat, three aromatic hops, and a specially selected yeast.
It offers a beautiful balance, with fruity (citrus, blackcurrant, etc.) and floral notes that give it a light and fresh mouthfeel.
IPA (50cl)
This India Pale Ale (IPA) is a refreshing, hop-forward beer with a copper color.
On the nose, it exhibits classic IPA characteristics, with strong hop aromas leading to fruity notes of grapefruit. Its taste is defined by bitterness, especially at the end of the sip.
The hops used contribute subtle and varied flavor notes, combining fruity and citrus flavors with the bitterness.
Blonde (33cl)
This blonde beer is fresh and light, with moderate alcohol content.
Its initial freshness is followed by a pleasant character and a mild bitterness on the palate.
A hint of ginger gives it a slightly citrusy finish, balanced by orange peel, which adds a touch of roundness.
It is perfectly thirst-quenching.
Gin (50cl or 5cl)
The distillation of La Clochette Ambrée gives this Premium Belgium Dry Gin its unique aroma, reminiscent of the spices found in the beer.
Ingredients: Neutral grain alcohol derived from beer, flavors and extracts of fruits and plants: hops, juniper berries, orange peel, coriander.
