Loving the finer things in life, especially beer, I have always been interested in how it is made.

So, what happens in the brewing tanks and the results it produces is what interests me most.

Even though, of course, nothing beats a good time spent with friends over a few fine bottles…

Originally from Messancy, and after spending a few years in Liège for my studies, I ended up in Gaume, where I now live with my small family.

After spending a few years experimenting fruit wine production, I wanted to try new experiences.​

That’s how, together with my friends, we embarked on this wonderful adventure.

Hard work and diligence are necessary to run the business, but what I enjoy most are the good times we share together.

A Luxembourger who pitched his tent in Gaume 18 years ago, I have been living in Virton since 2006.

I love the region and its people.

I met my colleagues in 2007. At the brewery, I am mainly in charge of our brewing equipment, as well as production and tasting.
